Say “No!” To Resolutions

I cordially invite everyone to join me in saying “No!” to Resolutions this year.

What is the point! By January 15th they are as lost and forgotten as my twice used Cherry ChapStick . I say, let’s do don-t-throw-1472573-640x480away with the B.S. and start every day like most people start their new year.  “Investing” in myself while (looks around) at my studied for career and there are so many pitfalls that people fall into. Instead, I have been challenging people to set goals and absolutely decimate them. Try Forbes for some real advise, I am by no means a life coach. I myself am learning the skills of “Adulting” and the Art of Manliness from other people probably just learning as I do by doing.

So what are my goals? Reflecting on an absolutely wild roller coaster of a few years of achieving professional title goals, getting married, losing myself, trying too hard to make everyone else happy and coming full circle to being happy. My important goals to start the year off with are:KONICA MINOLTA DIGITAL CAMERA

  1. Lead at least 6 yoga or meditation sessions for others. (Spiritual)
  2. Spend at least 16 nights under the stars backpacking. (Physical)
  3. Perform one random act of kindness per month. (Social)
  4. Start at least one additional revenue stream in 2016. (Business and professional)

For clarification, I did choose to list my goals in order of importance to me. I listed them according to what is worth most to me. The goals that will give back to me come first and what the hell, I have embraces my uniqueness.
